The development of new Technologies such as social networks can cause benefits to Enterprises who want to reach critical customers using this new tool as well as image damaging to those Companies whose employees use these networks to cause bad reputation by uploading inappropriate comments about clients or even generating alarm by describing the conditions in their jobs.
Employees from Tier 1 airlines such as Virgin and British airways have recently uploaded comments from passengers appointing to the way that they smell, dress, behave.
Additionally, BA employees need to sign a policy forbidding publishing any type of information without express authorization. As we can see, this policy has not made a high effect.
In conclusion, this article is trying to brainstorm about the idea of behavioural employees not only in their jobs but also using this new social network tools such as facebook, tuenti, myspace, etc.
