On October 31st virgin fired 13 of their employees because there were criticizing some of their passengers by Facebook and MySpace describing them as “smelly” and “chavs”. British airways, Which was in a similar problem, decided to make them sign a policy that enables them to post things about their clients in the network.

What all this concludes to is to the big damage done, with the help of new sources like networks, to these airlines and also makes an announcement to the managers to make sure things like this will not happen again.
